Zdaj sem, enkrat me več ne bo. Negujem svoje cvet Zdaj sem, enkrat me več ne bo. Negujem svoje cvetlice. V samem višku cvetenja so. Letos me navdajajo z mehkobno nežnostjo in radostjo - sploh ti mali rumeni cvetovi - kot polje malih žarečih sonc so!!! Pomislim: "Hmm, pa kako naj jih ohranim take?!" Nato me spreleti: "... me morem! Z začetkom zime bodo uvenele in izgubile cvetove." To je dejstvo. Enostavno dejstvo življenja. Če mi je všeč ali ne. Lahko jih le polno doživim, sedajle. V tem trenutku. Jih občudujem in uživam v njihovi bohotnosti. Sem prisotna s svojo radostjo, ki se poraja v meni, ko jih opazujem. Z nežnim čudenjem, ki vznikne, ko opazujem popolno simetrijo cvetov. Kmalu jih ne bo več. Pa ni tako tudi z nami? Z našimi bližnjimi? Ce pogledam iz širše perspektive na svoje življenje, je enako življenju cvetlice. Le dolžina je daljša. Nesporno dejstvo. Zdaj sem - enkrat me več ne bo. In mojih bližnjih. Priznam, nekje znotraj me zaščemi ob tej perspektivi. Istočasno pa ... me navda z radostjo. Tako kot cvetlico, tudi svoje bližnje lahko le "polno doživim", sedajle. V tem trenutku. Ker dejstvo življenja je, da jih enkrat več ne bo. Rože, ki so sedajle v svojem višku, imajo pred sabo pot navzdol. Tudi naši bližnji, ki so v svojem višku, imajo pred sabo pot navzdol. Če to ni opomnik, da čutim in opazim svojo mamo, očeta, brata, partnerja, sestro, prijateljico kot da jih vidim zadnjič - potem ne vem, kaj je.❤️ Kaj se zbuja ob meni ob tej osebi. Kaj čutim, ko objamem nečaka/injo? Na kakšen način se premakne nekaj v mojem srcu, ko me partner podraži na čisti njegov način? Kaj je živo v meni, ko si ti prisoten z mano in jaz s teboj?😌 Neprecenljivi trenutki. Neprecenljivo življenje. Samo eno. Vsaj tole, ki ga živimo sedaj. Pa lahko - sedajle - v polnosti živim tudi sebe? Čutim svoje telo? Svoje roke, ki se premikajo. Stopala. Prste na nogah, ki se dotikajo površine tal. Trebuh. Srce in trup. Dviganje in padanje prsnega koša, ko diham. Obraz. Usta. Oči? Kaj je smisel vsega skupaj, če tega, kar imam, ne cenim - sedaj. Ker vsega tega enkrat več ne bo.

Omojbog, počutim se tako navdihnjeno! Že skoraj en Omojbog, počutim se tako navdihnjeno! Že skoraj en mesec sem na posestvu šole Clairvision v Severni Kaliforniji, kjer vsakodnevno in celodnevno prakticiram prakse meditacije ter mnoge druge prakse in se skozi cele dneve povezujem z energijo. To je prostor, kjer maske padejo in kjer vse, kar ni resnično, ne more obstati. Fascinira me, ker prinaša toliko Resnice. Vse te prakse in ostalo, kar delamo, je izredno zahtevno, praktično brez predaha, in zahteva ogromno vloženega truda, energije in predanosti. . Delo na sebi je delo. Nihče ni rekel, da bo lahko. Sploh, ko se tako intenzivno luščijo predstave tega, kdo naj bi bila, ki pravzaprav niso resnične. Spuščanje iluzij ni lahko. Stopanje v stik z resničnimi deli sebe ni lahko. . Je pa neverjetno izpolnjujoče! Prinaša smisel. Prinaša ogenj. Prinaša resnico. Meni osebno pomeni sledenje sebi, odpiranje same sebe lastnim potencialom, stopanje v dele v sebi, ki žarijo, ki izražajo srčnost, iskrivost, kvalitete višjega jaza. . Neverjetno hvaležna sem, da sem lahko tu. Da lahko raziskujem, se učim in duhovno, osebnostno rastem. Transformiram sebe. Da bom enkrat kasneje lahko pomagala drugim transformirati njih. Držati prostor za spremembe - da na plano pokukajo skriti deli, tisti najbolj pristni, ki si jih marsikdo ne upa pogledati. Se z njimi soočiti, jih zaobjeti. . A jih vsak ima. Toliko potenciala! Čisto vse je mogoče. . Lahko si kdorkoli. Lahko dosežeš karkoli. . Po vseh preizkušnjah zadnjih let lahko rečem, da sem na točki, kjer se zgodi preobrat. Kjer se stvari resnično začnejo preobražati. Kar prižiga moje srce na način, ki ga ne zmorem niti opisati. Hvalezna za mojo pot do tu.
Ustvarimo družbo, kulturo, kjer je sledenje svoji Ustvarimo družbo, kulturo, kjer je sledenje svoji resnici vrednota. Kjer je ok reči ne nečemu, glede česar v sebi čutiš NE. . A NE je nekaj, česar pogosto ni lahko reči.😵‍💫 Vsaj ne, če si odraščal v okolju, kjer je treba slediti določenim vzorcem, da si sprejet od zunaj. . Sprejemanje s strani zunanjega okolja🫡 sprejemanje sebe “od znotraj”😘. Včasih v korelaciji teh dveh dimenzij pride do konflikta. . A zato je notranja jasnost in odločenost še toliko bolj pomembna. Upoštevam zunanja “določila”, a le do tam, kjer je še sprejemljivo in ok za moje notranje meje. 🫶 . Do tam, do kjer lahko še z iskrenostjo rečem, da še spoštujem sebe in svoj notranji svet. Do tam (če sploh seveda), do kjer se čuti prav. Na eni točki pa je čas za NE. . “Ne, ne bom sledila temu običaju, temu določilu, tej zahtevi okolja, preveč je v neskladju s tem, kar čutim.” ~ Iskanje ravno pravega “sweet spota”, sladkobne točke, kjer se s svojimi odločitvami počutiš okej. Da lahko kakovostno ohranjaš stik z “zunanjim svetom” in tudi s sabo. ~ To se čuti najboljše, ane? Kaj pa ti mislis o tej temi? Seveda pa - vsak si meje odmerja sam. Vsak zase najbolj ve, kaj je ZANJ prav. #meje #feelinggood #gutlajf

Gre za SPOŠTOVANJE SAMEGA SEBE. Kdo je bolj zadovoljen; oseba, ki je upoštevana, opažena, spoštovana ali tista, ki je ignorirana?? Seveda - tista, ki je opažena! To nam je jasno v službi, v družinskih odnosih, kaj pa v odnosu od nas samih do samih sebe?😯 . Ko svoje vzgibe začneš spoštovati, je kot da začneš drugače svetiti. Sam do sebe. Navznoter. In navzven. 🌟Več je polnosti. Več je zadovoljstva, več jasnosti, več živosti, več SMISLA. . Nakje v sebi zaupaš sebi, da boš rekel/a NE stvarem, ki niso ok zate. In da se boš BORIL/A za stvari, ki imajo zate SMISEL. Nekaj znotraj se umiri. Vznikne stanje umirjene sreče, ko lahko samo si, stanje notranje uravnoteženosti (ang. “being content” - ta izraz mi to najlepše opiše). . 🤌In končno pridemo do tega: ne, to ni sebično! To je dobro zate. Za tvoje otroke. Za tvojo družino. Za ta svet. Ker prinaša več polnosti, prisotnosti, iskrivega zadovoljstva. Bolj kakovostno življenje = bolj kakovostni odnosi = boljši svet.🌍
